We want every adoption to feel like the right decision. This policy explains exactly when and how you can cancel an adoption and what is — and is not — refundable.
Cancellation timeline
Full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of confirming your adoption (and before we have started custom production of your Legacy Piece), we refund 100% of the amount paid. Your number is released back to the registry.
Partial refund (70%). Production of your Legacy Piece may have started; resin work and engraving are not reversible. We refund 70% of the package price. Your number remains held in your name unless you ask us to release it.
Non-refundable. Your tree has been planted, the certificate is issued, and the Legacy Piece is in late-stage production or already shipped. The adoption is final. You may, at any time, request that we transfer the adoption record to a different name, subject to our review.
Rare-numbers tier
Rare collector numbers (#001, #066, #099, #100, #111, #222, #333, #500, #555, #777, #786, #888, #999) follow a stricter schedule:
- Within 24 hours of confirmation: full refund.
- After 24 hours: non-refundable. The number is removed from the public registry the moment payment is confirmed and we hand-engrave the copper plate; that work cannot be undone.
Gift adoptions
Gift adoptions follow the standard schedule above. If the recipient declines the gift, you may at any time request to either:
- Re-issue the certificate in another recipient’s name (no extra charge).
- Convert the adoption to your own name and keep the tree as a personal Legacy.
Tree mortality — not a refund event
If a tree does not survive the establishment phase, we replace it under the warranty in our Terms & Conditions. Tree mortality is never grounds for a refund — the entire program is built on continuity of the number, not the survival of one specific sapling.
Payment errors and duplicates
If you are charged twice for the same adoption due to a technical error, contact us within 30 days. We refund the duplicate immediately on verification, in full.
How to request a cancellation
Email us at hello@atharyadom.ae with the subject line “Cancellation request — Tree #XXX”. Include the adopter’s name and the date of confirmation. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Disputes
If you disagree with how a refund has been handled, please write to legal@atharyadom.ae. We will review the case and respond in writing within 14 business days. If we cannot reach an agreement, you retain all consumer rights available to you under UAE law.

نريد لكلّ تبنٍّ أن يشعر بأنّه القرار الصحيح. توضّح هذه السياسة بدقّةٍ متى وكيف يمكنك إلغاء التبنّي، وما القابل للاسترداد وما هو ليس كذلك.
الجدول الزمني للإلغاء
استرداد كامل. إن ألغيتَ خلال 48 ساعة من تأكيد التبنّي (وقبل بدئنا بالإنتاج المخصّص لقطعة الإرث)، نُعيد لك 100% من المبلغ المدفوع. ويُعاد رقمك إلى السجلّ.
استرداد جزئي (70%). قد يكون إنتاج قطعة الإرث قد بدأ؛ عمل الراتنج والنقش غير قابلَين للتراجع. نُعيد 70% من سعر الباقة. يبقى رقمك محجوزاً باسمك ما لم تطلب الإفراج عنه.
غير قابلٍ للاسترداد. الشجرة قد زُرعت، والشهادة أُصدرت، وقطعة الإرث في مراحل الإنتاج النهائيّة أو شُحنت. التبنّي نهائي. يمكنك، في أيّ وقت، طلب نقل سجلّ التبنّي إلى اسمٍ آخر، وفق مراجعتنا.
مستوى الأرقام النادرة
تتبع الأرقام النادرة (#001، #066، #099، #100، #111، #222، #333، #500، #555، #777، #786، #888، #999) جدولاً أكثر صرامة:
- خلال 24 ساعة من التأكيد: استرداد كامل.
- بعد 24 ساعة: غير قابلٍ للاسترداد. يُسحب الرقم من السجلّ العام لحظة تأكيد الدفع، ويُنقش النحاس يدويّاً؛ ولا يمكن التراجع عن هذا العمل.
التبنّي بالإهداء
تتبع تبنّيات الإهداء الجدول القياسي أعلاه. إن رفض المُهدى إليه الهديّة، يمكنك في أيّ وقت أن تطلب أحد الخيارَين:
- إعادة إصدار الشهادة باسم مستلمٍ آخر (بدون رسوم إضافيّة).
- تحويل التبنّي لاسمك والاحتفاظ بالشجرة كإرثٍ شخصيّ.
نفوق الشجرة — ليس سبباً للاسترداد
إن لم تنجُ الشجرة في مرحلة التأسيس، نستبدلها بموجب الضمان في الشروط والأحكام. نفوق الشجرة ليس مبرّراً للاسترداد — البرنامج كلّه مبنيٌّ على استمراريّة الرقم، لا على نجاة شتلةٍ بعينها.
أخطاء الدفع والمكرّر
إن تمّ خصم المبلغ مرّتَين على نفس التبنّي بسبب خللٍ تقني، تواصل معنا خلال 30 يوماً. نُعيد المبلغ المكرّر فور التحقّق منه، وكاملاً.
كيف تطلب الإلغاء
راسلنا على hello@atharyadom.ae بعنوان الموضوع: «طلب إلغاء — شجرة #XXX». اذكر اسم المتبنّي وتاريخ التأكيد. نردّ خلال يومَي عملٍ، وننفّذ الاستردادات الموافَق عليها خلال 14 يوم عمل، ولوسيلة الدفع الأصليّة.

إن لم توافق على طريقة معالجة الاسترداد، راسلنا على legal@atharyadom.ae. نراجع الحالة ونردّ كتابيّاً خلال 14 يوم عمل. إن لم نتوصّل إلى اتّفاق، تبقى كلّ حقوقك كمستهلكٍ متاحةً لك بموجب القانون الإماراتي.
